Margaret Mathes is a Director of Medical Writing, Editing, and Design Services at RTI-HS. Ms. Mathes leads a team of medical editors and collaborates with practice area heads to ensure high-quality standards are met for the organization’s deliverables. She is actively involved in hiring and training and develops orientation materials for the group’s new employees. She also edits value dossiers, HTA submissions, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and other written deliverables for the Market Access and Outcomes Strategy group. In addition, Ms. Mathes provides in-depth training to staff across the organization on EndNote reference management software. She has 20 years of experience as an editor in academic and professional environments and received the Editor in the Life Sciences certification from the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences in 2022.
