Jose Marcano Belisario has experience in leading both clinical and economic systematic reviews in a range of therapeutic areas, to health technology standards. Before joining RTI-HS, he worked at the National Guideline Alliance developing National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) clinical guidelines and in academic departments conducting health services research.
