Tosca brings with her 25 years of extensive experience in leading business development across various Contract Research Organizations with a specialized focus on real-world evidence and services. Her expertise encompasses primary and secondary data collection through cost-effective agile models as well as secondary data approaches and services such as epidemiology, drug safety, and HEOR. This background has equipped her with a profound understanding of the challenges our clients face in managing their business, making her an invaluable partner in delivering integrated solutions including functional sourcing, hybrid studies, and implementation science programs tailored to address diverse stakeholder needs. Her background in public affairs consulting contributes to her ability to think holistically and bring people together.
Tosca shares our commitment to excellence in the biopharma and medtech research sector, aligning with RTI-HS’s dedication to scientific integrity, outcomes orientation, and dedication to improving the human condition sustainably. With her leadership, we are poised to enhance our engagement with clients through integrated solutions including implementation science and medical communications support to tailor studies to the needs of medical affairs customers. She will also advance enterprise-level offerings such as integrated evidence planning and Joint Clinical Assessment to support rare disease products.
