Patricia Sacco, MPH, RPh, is a Senior Director of Surveys and Observational Studies at RTI-HS where she works on qualitative and quantitative tasks supporting survey development and on the design and operational elements of observational studies. Prior to joining RTI-HS, she was a Director of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research at a major pharmaceutical company. Ms. Sacco has clinical and health economics and outcomes research experience in cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, dermatology, oncology, autoimmune and neuropsychiatric disorders, and rare diseases. She has developed health economics and outcomes research strategies and managed tactical plans to generate value evidence for multiple early compounds and marketed brands. At RTI-HS, she manages and supports multidisciplinary projects leveraging strategic and clinical expertise to achieve project objectives. Her experience includes economic modeling, value dossiers, clinical and payer advisory boards, health state utility assessment, multicountry prospective observational studies, patient reported outcomes, and health technology assessments. Ms. Sacco also has 20 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in geriatrics, psychiatry, rare diseases, and pediatric developmental disabilities.
