Caroline Ling has over 20 years of experience with market access and health economic consultancies and is able to deliver a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical market access projects for both global and local clients. She leads the RTI-HS European Value and Access team, with a particular focus on health technology assessment in Europe, including national bodies and joint clinical assessments. Dr. Ling leads a range of market access projects including portfolios of work to support launch in Europe: systematic and pragmatic literature reviews (e.g. clinical, economic, burden of disease), global value dossiers, health technology assessment and joint clinical assessment strategy and submissions, and value communication materials. Dr. Ling has experience in a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology (including breast, lung, hepatic, colorectal, and gynecological cancers), hematology, rare disease, autoimmune disorders, renal disease, diabetes, mental health, and cardiovascular disorders.
