Anne-Elie Carsin has more than 15 years of experience conducting statistical analyses for epidemiological studies. Ms. Carsin is proficient in traditional statistical modelling, as well as more advanced methods including multilevel modelling, meta-analysis, multiple imputation, propensity score methods, survival analysis, and repeated-measures analyses. She is skilled in SAS, Stata and R programming and has coauthored over 70 scientific papers. Her responsibilities have also included data management and analysis of large databases, including registries and electronic medical records. Previously, she worked in the Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) within the Non-communicable Diseases and Environment Programme as a research statistician in studies related to respiratory health. Specifically, she contributed to writing statistical analysis plans and preparing and analysing observational studies.
