RTI-HS is at the top of its game because of its people—smart people. Our teams enjoy working with each other, love to tackle a problem and are motivated by the science. The feedback that we get from our clients is that it shows that we have strong cross-functional teams. Beyond the day-to-day divide-and-conquer attitude we share; we know that when life happens we have colleagues who will step in so that we can focus on our families. Because we have a team approach, our clients and the business are taken care of when there are family crises that must take us away. A good example is when my mother had a stroke several years ago. I unplugged immediately but my projects and clients continued onward toward their goals. When Mom was doing better, I transitioned back to projects that were still on track and with happy clients. My colleagues had my back then, and I’ve had the opportunity to have their backs in return.
