Shardul Odak, MS, M. Pharm, is a pharmacist and Project Leader in the Surveys and Observational Studies group at RTI Health Solutions. After completing his education, he joined Medical Data Analytics (MDA) as a Research Analyst in the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) department and currently functions as a HEOR project leader. In this role, he leads various retrospective and prospective observational studies, with and without PROs, from initiation to closeout. He contributes to the development and thorough review of completed patient CRFs, systematic literature reviews, adverse event reporting, data gathering and management, statistical analysis and reporting, and conducting epidemiological research.

He has held various responsibilities, including (but not limited to) performing primary and secondary data analysis, analyzing patient quality of life, conducting predictive modeling, and conducting qualitative and quantitative market research. Prior to joining MDA, Shardul worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Georgia. His research involved analyzing patient health outcomes based on physician prescription patterns in patients with type 2 diabetes.
