Resource Type

Opportunity

Our client needed to revise the Value Demonstration Playbook to support the transformation of one of their business units from a “core team” structure to an integrated “asset team” model across product development. The Playbook guided product-agnostic evidence planning from preclinical development through commercialization.

Challenge

This initiative required translating a new organizational model into a practical, integrated HEOR framework that reduced duplication, enabled earlier evidence planning, improved cross-functional handoffs, and supported consistent value messages across markets and stakeholder interactions.

What We Did

  1. Reviewed the current Value Demonstration Playbook, asset team materials, and related structures
  2. Conducted interviews with key internal client contributors and current Playbook users to define needed changes and priorities for the revised Playbook
  3. Developed and revised an updated Value Demonstration Playbook incorporating stakeholder feedback and refined team assignments and activities
