Xiaoying Jia, MSc, is an Associate Director of Health Economics at RTI-HS in Manchester, UK. She has a Master's degree (with distinction) in Operational Research and Risk Analysis from the University of Manchester. During her studies, she built different models using various statistical software, including a Simul8 model that simulated the queues of the preadmission testing area of Massachusetts General Hospital.
