Vaidehi Dave is the Senior Project Leader in Surveys and Observational Studies at MDA/RTI-HS. In this role, she leads various HEOR studies (retrospective and prospective) by managing and coordinating all aspects of research study operations: developing HEOR proposals, study designs, study protocols, case report forms, statistical data analysis plans, study reports and manuscripts writing through collaborating with internal team and clients. In this process, she conducts literature reviews, participates in developing model structure, program models and performs sensitivity analysis and validation exercises. She communicates effectively with external research partners to obtain high quality data for the outcomes research studies.
Prior to joining MDA/RTI-HS, Vaidehi worked as a lead epidemiologist support for Essex County, NJ for over 12 years. In this capacity, she had multiple and varied responsibilities which included (but not limited to) coordinating all aspects of epidemiological investigations and observational study design and implementation, case report processing, tracking, systematic literature reviews, adverse event reporting, data gathering and management, statistical analysis and reporting, and conducting presentations. Vaidehi also has an extensive experience in cancer research working with various oncologists at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.
