Meghan Hufstader Gabriel, PhD, is a Director of Health Economics at RTI-HS. Dr. Gabriel is a health services researcher with over 10 years of working experience in drug development services, the federal government, academia, and health care quality. She has led numerous health economic research endeavors using qualitative (e.g., Delphi panels and semi-structured interviews) and quantitative methodologies (e.g., surveys and database analyses) using various statistical packages and qualitative programs to inform health policy.  She has expertise related to health equity, health care quality, and health information technology. She has experience related to diabetes, adverse drug events, fibromyalgia, population health, and health care disparities. Her research has been presented at numerous professional conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals, including Health Affairs, Medical Care Research and Review, Current Medical Research and Opinion, and American Journal of Managed Care.
