Karen Bartolata Apor, BA, is a Project Manager in the Surveys and Observational Studies group at RTI-HS. Ms. Apor has almost 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research and health outcomes research. She began her career as an Administrative Research Assistant with Medical Data Analytics and has since been promoted to developing and executing internal recruitment strategies following the assigned study’s objectives, budget, and methodology. Apart from study recruitment, Ms. Apor has also developed proficiency in the vetting, training, and contracting of study participants, site data collection, and the processing of study honoraria payments. Ms. Apor is fluent in both English and Tagalog.
