Hilary Smith has over a decade of experience managing public health projects and research teams. Her experience in project management includes coordinating pharmacoepidemiology database projects in Europe for regulatory submission to multisite clinical trials in sub-Saharan Africa. She is well versed in overseeing budgets, timeline management, quality control, communication across multiple stakeholders, and contracting. In addition to project management and research experience, Ms. Smith has worked on projects focused on the prevention of noncommunicable diseases in Myanmar and coordinating an office-based substance use disorder treatment program in Boston, Massachusetts.
