Emily Evans, MPA, is a Health Outcomes Scientist in the Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) group with RTI-HS. In this role, Ms. Evans provides both project management and technical support to the Patient Centered Outcomes Assessment group. Ms. Evans has a diverse set of technical skills, including clinical trial monitoring, managing patient and site recruitment, conducting qualitative interviews, drafting reports, data collection and management/auditing, development of institutional review board materials, reviewing product and device labels and approvals, conducting searches for literature reviews, overseeing quality-control checks, locating resources, and providing support for manuscripts and abstracts. Her project management activities include tracking budgets, setting up consultant contracts, invoicing (both clients and consultants/subcontractors), and coordinating and managing project timelines.

Ms. Evans has worked at RTI HS for 7 years. Prior to her role at RTI-HS, Ms. Evans was a public relations professional in Atlanta, GA, working in the press office for two statewide elected officials and as a communications specialist for the Southeastern Council of Foundations.
