Beth Sherrill, MS, is Vice President of Biostatistics at RTI-HS. She has 20 years of professional experience analyzing pharmaceutical and health-related data. Ms. Sherrill brings insight and expertise to statistical issues in drug development and outcomes research to multiple clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Sherrill started her career as an industry biostatistician designing and analyzing phase 2 and phase 3 clinical trials for international submissions and is familiar with regulatory requirements for drug approval. Later, she broadened her experience by focusing on observational studies such as epidemiologic analyses from disease registries, econometric work with claims databases, and large patient surveys. She has extensive experience analyzing quality-of-life data and proportional hazards modeling with time-dependent covariates, working in complex disease areas such as oncology. She has training from the Cochrane Collaboration for performing meta-analyses that may include indirect comparisons and network analysis. Ms. Sherrill provides senior leadership to a team of statisticians, applying advanced biostatistical techniques to issues in pharmaceutical development, epidemiology, health care resource utilization, and outcomes research.
