RTI Health Solutions is carefully monitoring as the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds. We are committed to protecting the health and well-being of our staff and the communities where we conduct business while continuing to provide the high level of service you have come to expect from us, our research partners, and subcontractors. In response to this event, we began executing against our established business continuity plans the week of March 2, 2020. After March 18, 2020, RTI-HS staff will be working remotely in accordance with guidance from world health agencies to minimize contact to slow the spread of the virus.
We have systems and processes in place that allow our research teams to perform their work remotely and are making every effort to minimize the impact on our ability to deliver on projects, however unexpected disruptions and delays are possible. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and will communicate any changes that may impact our valued clients.
